The "black/orange" Tutu
The tutu is made out of a combination of black and light orange tulle. The elastic waistband is covered with a lovely black-colored bow. She will truly be called "black/orange tutu" when she puts on this beautifully handmade tutu. Witch Hat and top not included.T
