The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
- Shipping & Delivery

Your items will be custom made and be processed within 3 to 4 weeks of the initial order date. During the Holiday season (includes September to January) some items may take up 4 to 6 weeks before being shipped as most of our beautiful products are handcrafted. All orders will be shipped via USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation as a courtesy to you. Delivery confirmation is only available for orders traveling within the US. A tracking number will be provided to you so you can view when your order left our company.
Please remember that Kinderbloom is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any items/orders lost or delayed in the event of transit. To protect all your orders, we suggest you pay an extra fee to insure your order/packages. Once orders/package are shipped Kinderbloom is no longer Once orders/package are shipped Kinderbloom is NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE for it.
For custom or large orders or if materials are not in stock processing/delivery time will be little longer. Please complete the contact information page and leave a detailed message if your order is needed at at a particular date.
Can I rush My Order?
Yes, rush orders are available for an additional fee of $15 per order. Rush orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Not including shipping time of 2-3 days. Rush orders DO NOT include shipping. It just put's your order ahead of all others.

Due to the fact that most of Kinderbloom items are custom made we CANNOT ACCEPT any returns. Please make a NOTE: If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible through the "Contact Us" link at the top of the website.
If you order has not yet been processed/shipped, we will be happy to cancel your order. But if your order has been processed/shipped you may not cancel your order. We cannot accept any returns and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Since most of Kinderbloom items are custom made, all tutus, pettiskirts, pillowcase dresses, personalized items cannot be returned.

Kinderbloom secure Shopping cart is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All major credit cards, e-checks are accepted through PAYPAL. You do not need to register with PAYPAL to place your order on their website, but if you already have a PAYPAL account you can also place your order that way.

What are the tutu measurements?
Our tutu measurement are quite simple.
**NOTE**: For the perfect fit teens & adult size tutus MUST include a waist measurement in the comment section upon check out! Tutus in a larger size/different length please message me for prices/options.
Tutu Measurement Guide
The Infant size is approximately 17" around the waist and approximately 6", 8" in length- (NB-12 months).
The Toddler size is approximately 19" around the waist and approximately 10", 12", 14" length- (1-8 years).
Our larger size is approximately 21" around the waist and approximately 22" in length -(8 years and up).
NOTE: All of of our tutus are made with an elastic band, so your child will grow into it.
What are your Tutu Halter dress measurements?
These are a 2 in one combo product. The Halter tutu dress starts off as a dress and when your little princess gets older, her dress turns into a tutu skirt! Yes, just amazing!
We have a standard tutu dress measurement guide which fit most.
Small -12 months through 18 months
Chest around 20 inches and up to 24 inches of length
Medium-1 through 3 year olds
Chest around 22 inches up to 28 inches of length
Large 4 through 6 year olds
Chest around 25 inches up to 34 inches of length
Our Our tutus or tied and are very fluffy and fun to twirl around in. When ordering your custom made Halter tutu dress, I recommend for you to please measure around the chest, and from armpit to ankle in order to have the perfect fit. Please include those measurements in the comment section at checkout, and we will make the most glamorous halter tutu dress for your little princess.
We also can make tutus for teenagers and adults, just contact us with your waist size measurements and length size and we can create your magnificent tutu.
How do I care for my tutu?
To keep your tutu in sparkling shaking condition be sure to hang and fluff it. Gently spot clean and lightly steamed only if needed.
All pettiskirts are handmade in my home studio. They are made out of the softest chiffon and are doubled layered. They have an elastic waist for your little angel to grow into. Most of the pettiskirts can be shipped within 14 days of the date you placed your order. Keep in mind if I do not have your fabric in stock I will notify you by email and will need an additional week to complete your order.
